The Character at Camp Strategy Sprints give you 6 hours of virtual planning support to help you build character development into your camp’s fabric in ways that work for you. No cookie-cutter curriculum. No forced frameworks or templates. Just focused time with experienced facilitators who have a deep understanding of camps and youth development.

What We'll Do Together

We’ll start with a goal you set. Maybe you want to strengthen how your core values show up in staff training. Maybe you’re looking to create rituals that reinforce character competencies. Maybe you need to audit where your practices align (or don’t) with what you say you value.

From there, we’ll spend our time where it matters most for your camp. That could include:

  • Defining what character muscle you want to help staff and campers develop.
  • Setting clear, achievable goals for character integration.
  • Reviewing your camp's core values and their alignment with character competencies and SEL best practices.
  • Identifying where character-aligned values are actually being practiced and where there are gaps.
  • Brainstorming practical ways to weave character development into training, programs, activities, and daily routines.
  • Building an action plan you can actually implement.
