Campfire Chats
We host monthly Campfire Chats for camps and organizations offering day or overnight camp programming. These virtual gatherings bring together camp leaders from across the country to share best practices, celebrate successes, tackle current challenges, and build solutions for creating positive camp culture.
These facilitated conversations create space for practical problem-solving, peer learning, and celebrating what’s working — helping leaders stay connected, reflective, and accountable, so character development stays active and evolving beyond a single training or season.
Who It's For
Open to participants in the Character Development Academy and other Character at Camp work, as well as any camp leader looking to strengthen their practice and learn from peers.
