Planning for the 2021-22 Academic Year

Now is the time to prepare for the coming school year and the School Culture and Climate Initiative is here to support you!

The start of the school year is a great time to collect some baseline data in order to adjust programming to best meet the needs of students, families and staff. Administering a school climate assessment is a crucial first step to data-driven decision making.

  • School Culture and Climate Assessment Survey
  • Panorama Well-Being Survey

Need help planning professional development for next year’s in-service days?

Visit our Professional Development and SEL Coaching webpage for a listing of topics for which we can provide high quality, engaging presenters (for both in-person and virtual PD).

PD topics include but are not limited to:

  • Trauma-sensitive schools
  • Cultural Competence and Equity
  • Schoolwide and Classroom SEL
  • Student Mental Health
  • And more!

Need more small group or one-on-one support for educators?

The School Culture and Climate Initiative offers one-on-one or small group coaching for educators who are interested in honing their skills in incorporating social-emotional learning and creating positive climates in their schools and classrooms. Coaches provide modeling, observation and feedback, and spend quality time with educators, ideally, across a full academic year.
