Dan Schiller’s driving force is ensuring that all students have the opportunities, supports, and encouragement they need to realize their incredible potential. Dan’s career has centered on Social and Emotional Learning, mentoring, and leadership, and since 2003 Dan has served and led local, regional, and national non-profit organizations partnered with school communities to deliver programs, services, and supports that create the conditions in which students and school staff thrive. Dan currently is the Regional Expansion Director for the School Culture and Climate Initiative in Wisconsin and runs his own consulting firm Future Found LLC, focused on strategic planning, leadership coaching, and team and talent development for schools and organizations of impact.
Dan’s formal education is in Psychology (BS) and Clinical Social Work (MSW) and he has engaged in extensive continuing education focused on design thinking, experiential education, coaching, organizational strategy, project management, trauma informed practice, and DEI.
Dan lives in Milwaukee, WI with his wife (Lindsay) and 2 daughters (Teigan and Grace). In his free time Dan coaches youth soccer, serves on the board of directors for Project Kindred a youth leadership organization working to disrupt the cycle of segregation in Milwaukee, and he tries to spend as much time active and outdoors hiking, biking, swimming, and being, as is humanly possible.
